January 16, 2015
1/8: Police charged a 28 y/o Newark, De. woman with simple assault following a disturbance at a business on Arlington Blvd. She was processed and released pending court.
1/10: Officers charged a 26 y/o Logan man with criminal mischief following a disturbance on Logan Lane. While investigating the complaint, police learned the man was wanted on multiple Camden County warrants and was an NCIC hit out of Burlington County. He was processed and remanded to the Salem County Jail to await transfer.
1/11: Police charged a 22 y/o Logan man with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, criminal mischief and unlawful possession of a weapon following a dispute on Barker Ave. While investigating the complaint, officers learned that the accused brandished a kitchen knife and made threatening gestures and statements during an argument with former household members. He was processed and released on his own recognizance pending a medical evaluation.
1/11: Police investigated a criminal mischief complaint in which someone broke out the front passenger side window of a vehicle that was parked on Edward Drive.
1/11: Officers, responding to a noise complaint at the Holiday Inn, charged a 44 y/o Logan woman with multiple local ordinance violations after she rented a room which was being utilized for a young adult party. The matter is pending court.
1/13: Police charged a 24 y/o Pennsauken man with possession of marijuana following a vehicle stop on Paulsboro Road. He was processed and released pending court.
1/14: Officers arrested a 32 y/o Logan woman who was wanted out of the Salem County Prosecutor’s Office for a probation violation. She was processed and released on bail.
