9/20: Officers charged two Gibbstown men, ages 59 and 30, and a 43 y/o Gibbstown woman with theft and defiant trespass following a complaint at a house under construction on Rt. 44. They were processed and released pending court.
9/21: Police charged a 24 y/o Carneys Point woman with simple assault following a reported fight at the McDonalds on Center Square Road. She was processed and released pending court.
9/22: Police investigated an overnight burglary and theft at the Kindercare day care on Center Square Road. Two Canon Powershot cameras and an HP laptop computer were reported to have been stolen from within. Evidence was secured from the scene, and is being processed in an effort to identify those responsible.
9/22: Officers charged a 26 y/o Salem woman with trespassing following a disturbance complaint at a business on Technology Drive. She was served with a special complaint and the matter is pending court.
9/23: A Merle Lane resident reported that someone stole approximately $1500 worth of jewelry from his bedroom dresser sometime over the past several days. The man suspects his 23 y/o son is responsible, and police are investigating.
9/24: Two Delaware men were charged with local ordinance violations for soliciting without a permit following complaints in the Hidden Creek and Greenfields developments.
9/25: Police charged a 49 y/o Paulsboro man with hindering apprehension after he provided a false name during a car stop on Peachwood Drive. He was processed and released pending court.
9/25: A cement mixer valued at $200 and various scrap material was reported stolen from a construction site on Rt. 44. The thefts occurred sometime over the past several days.
9/26: Representatives of ACME on Center Square Road reported that two juveniles have been shoplifting various food items over the past several days. Officers will be reviewing surveillance footage in an effort to identify those responsible.
9/26: Officers investigated a residential burglary on Asbury Station Road in which someone entered the residence through an unsecured rear door. Once inside, a humidifier valued at $200 was stolen from a 2nd floor bedroom.
9/27: Detectives are investigating a burglary, theft and criminal mischief complaint that occurred at a construction site off of Hanson Lane. A storage unit was forcibly entered and two Lincoln LN-25 MIG welders and welding lead (copper) were stolen from inside. The stolen items were valued at $10,000.
9/28: Police charged a 54 y/o man and a 55 y/o woman, both of Pedricktown, with simple assault following an early morning disturbance on Rt. 130. They were processed and released pending court.
