9/14: Investigators charged two Salem County men with receiving stolen property following an investigation at the Rite Aid. The men were served in the Salem County Jail where they are currently incarcerated on unrelated offenses.
9/14: Officers investigated a daytime burglary and theft at a home in the Hampton Ridge development. The victim reported that someone entered the residence via an unsecured door and, once inside, removed four pair of Nike sneakers valued at $800.
9/14: Police investigated a shoplifting complaint at the WaWa on Center Square Road in which various food items were taken without payment. The suspect was described as being a white male driving a gold, Nissan Altima.
9/15: Officers charged a 27 y/o Camden woman with disorderly conduct and trespassing following a disturbance complaint on Main Street. She was additionally charged with obstruction and hindering apprehension when it was discovered she had provided officers a fictitious name during questioning. She was processed and remanded to the Salem County Jail in default of bail.
9/16: A Main Street man reported that an acquaintance, a 42 y/o Gibbstown woman, stole prescription pain medication from him. He was advised of the citizen complaint process due to insufficient evidence to support his claim.
9/17: A representative of AT & T reported that a cell tower site in Bridgeport was burglarized and an estimated $4200 worth of copper wire and buss bars were removed from within the control room.
9/18: A 1998 box trailer valued at $6,000 was reported stolen from a warehouse on Commerce Blvd. The trailer was entered NCIC in an effort to facilitate its recovery.
