-7/5, Officers responded to the Springfield development for a report of a Burglary. It was reported that the suspect attempted to gain entry through a small pet door in the rear of the residence. The suspect then fled the area and was later apprehended in a wooded area on Township Line Rd. As a result, Officers arrested and charged an 18-year-old Woolwich man with Burglary, Trespassing, and Resisting Arrest. He was processed and lodged in the Salem County Jail.

-7/6, Officers responded to a residence in the Fox Hound development for a Burglary to a motor vehicle. While on patrol, Officers observed a vehicle with the doors open, and the owner reported that approx. $6 in change was stolen.

-7/6, Officers responded to a residence in High Hill Farms for a Theft report. It was reported that sometime overnight, someone entered both victim’s vehicles, stealing a purse containing identification and credit cards.

-7/6, Officers attempted to stop a suspicious motor vehicle in the Fox Hound Village development. While attempting to stop the vehicle, it was learned the vehicle had just been stolen from Woolwich Twp. The vehicle then fled the area at a high rate of speed. Following Attorney General Guidelines, Officers terminated the pursuit of this vehicle.

-7/7, Officers responded to the McDonald’s on Center Square Rd. for a Dispute. It was reported that the parties had a dispute over parking, and one-party spit on the other. As a result, Officers charged a 51-year-old Woolwich Twp. man with Disorderly Conduct. He was released on a summons with a future court date.

7/11, Officers attempted to stop a vehicle on Rt. 322. The vehicle attempted to elude Officers and drove to Swedesboro where the driver fled from his vehicle. Officers located the suspect and placed him under arrest. As a result, Officers charged the 23-year-old Chester, Pa. man with Eluding. He was processed and lodged in the Salem County Jail.

-7/13, Officers responded to UPS on Birch Creek Rd. for a Robbery report. It was reported that the victim was attempting to purchase an item from a seller when the seller and two other suspects entered his vehicle, assaulted him, and stole his cell phone and $20. After investigating, the Detective Unit arrested and charged a 34-year-old Salem woman, and a 34-year-old Pilesgrove woman with Robbery who were then lodged in the Salem County Jail.

-7/14, Officers responded to Target on Creekview Ave for a Theft report. It was reported that an employee had stolen several Apple iPads, iWatches, and Airpods totaling $4,200. The employee was placed under arrest and charged with Theft. The 36-year-old Philadelphia man was released on a summons with a future court date.

-7/20, Officers responded to the Marriot on Pureland Dr. for a Trespassing report. It was reported that the suspect was on the property and searching through dumpsters and had been previously informed he was not permitted on property. While gathering information, the suspect provided false information as to his identity. When his true identity was revealed, it was learned he was wanted NCIC out of Pennsylvania.  As a result, Officers arrested and charged the 38-year-old Swedesboro man with being a Fugitive from Justice, Trespassing and Hindering Apprehension. He was processed and lodged in the Salem County Jail.

-7/20, Officers responded to Mathias Paper on Arlington Blvd. for a Terroristic Threats report. It was reported that a terminated employee made threats against the victim. After investigating, Officers charged the 59-year-old Penns Grove man with Terroristic Threats on a summons.

-7/25, Officers responded to Camping World on Heron Dr. for a Theft report. It was reported that sometime over the weekend, someone entered the lot and stole a 28-foot Forest River trailer (valued at $42,000) and a 27-foot Heartland Prowler trailer (valued at $38,000). Both trailers have been entered NCIC. The Forest River was located on 7/31 in Edison, NJ and removed from NCIC.

-7/26, Officers responded to Camping World on Heron Dr. for a Theft report. It was reported that the suspect remained in the facility overnight, stole a jacket and a hat from the store and left. The suspect was located shortly after the initial call and placed under arrest. As a result, the 42-year-old New Castle, De. man was charged with Burglary, Trespassing, and Theft. He was also found to be wanted in Delaware and was subsequently charged with being a Fugitive from Justice and lodged in the Salem County Jail.
