Narcotics Investigation Results in Search Warrant Execution

On August 18, 2016 Logan Township Police executed a search warrant at 360 New Castle Ln, following a month long investigation into narcotics distribution. Officers seized $9,910 of US cash currency, 190 grams of suspected marijuana, (3) clear mason jars with suspect marijuana inside, (1) clear mason jar with baggies and remnants of suspected marijuana, (2) containers with a false compartments in bottom and remnants of suspected marijuana, (2) digital scales, (1) box of signature home sandwich bags, (1) box of cigarillos, (1) Bunker Hill Security, and (1) Glass smoking pipe used to ingest marijuana
As a result of the investigation and the evidence seized, the 21 year old resident, Jason Stouch, was charged with Distribution of Marijuana, Possession of Over 50g of Marijuana, Employing a Juvenile for a Narcotics Offense, Distribution of Marijuana within 500’ of a Public Park, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was fingerprinted, photographed, served with his summonses and remanded to the Salem County Jail in default of $75,000 full cash bail. A 17 year old male was also arrested incident to the investigation. He was charged with Distribution of Marijuana, Possession of Under 50g of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was processed and released to the custody of his father pending a Juvenile Court hearing. The investigation was led by Inv. Nick Barber.
