C. It shall be a separate violation of this chapter for any driver or operator of any motor vehicle to fail to present a driver’s license and/or vehicle registration upon demand of any person authorized to enforce this chapter when requested as part of the enforcement procedure.
§ 152-2Storage and/or parking of certain vehicles and equipment prohibited.
It shall be unlawful in any residential zone for any person to permit or to have parked or stored on any public street or right-of-way any recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles registered in excess of 5,000 pounds, motor homes, travel trailers, campers, boats, trailers, jet skis, snowmobiles, or other such construction, contractor, tractor-trailer unit, either singly or in combination, school buses, or commercial, landscaping or industrial equipment and material such as, but not limited to, bulldozers, graders, dump trucks, rollers, tree and stump chippers and grinders, lawn mowers, fertilizer spreaders, tillers, construction and other building materials and equipment.
152-7Movement and parking of traffic on private property open to and to which public is invited.
In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-197, the following property that is open to the public and to which the public is invited, the movement of traffic shall be controlled by the types of regulations indicated. No person shall operate or park a vehicle in violation of the following regulations:
